WEEKLY KETO MEAL PREP

 

Our family has lofty financial goals this year.  I am laser focused to cut out time inefficiencies and financial inefficiencies. The greatest inefficiency is my family eating out. Meal prep and a weekly keto menu greatly cuts down on time waste and financial waste…while still tasting great! Disclaimer – I do flip the menu days if something pops up on my schedule and am not super rigid if meals get switched to different days.

KETO WEEKLY MEAL PREP MENU

Costco Purchases:

-Buy 2 whole chickens

-Buy 1 shoulder of pork roast and cut into 6 servings. Each meal is $5. Each portion is ONLY $0.75-$1!

-Check almond flour to see if I need to purchase more. Cheaper on Amazon though.

-2-3 dozen eggs (and will use for hard boiled egg snacks)

-Sausage

Aldi Purchases:

I am going to check their veggie sale this week….I have a bunch of veggies frozen that I will most likely use.

-Kerrygold butter

Keto Meals:

Monday

Keto Pot Roast  – RECIPE

*Make leftovers for Tuesday’s Lunch

Tuesday

Egg & Sausage Bake – RECIPE

*Make a second pan to freeze for meal-grab in upcoming months 

Wednesday

Whole Chicken Instant Pot – make 2 so we have dinner and then Thursday’s lunch

Use chicken bones to make bone broth to freeze

Thursday

Keto Pizza – make 4 pizza crusts. Freeze 3 of them. RECIPE KETO CRUST.

Friday

Grill steak (Costco haul on how I do bulk, delicious steak meat)

Saturday

Dinner out
