I explain in the keto meal plan about keto lunches. As a result for my fast paced lifestyle, I simply make my keto dinners and then make leftovers for my keto lunches. In addition, I do keto freezer meals to help maximize my time, save money for my fabulous pocketbook and continue to slim my waistline.
I would encourage you to make your dinner portion & next day lunch. And if you are doing intermittent fasting, you can skip your keto lunch!
