My Keto Salad Dressing:
As a result of the keto meal plan, I have to share my special keto salad dressing. I LOVE putting this dressing on my 2 cups of spinach!
-2/3 cup Avocado Oil
-1/3 cup Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
-Pinch of Maldon’s salt
- 2 cups of spinach = 1 net carb or 2 carbs
- 1 cup of radishes = 2 net carbs or 4 carbs
- 1 cup of celery = 1 net carb or 3 carbs
- 1 cup of cucumber no peel = 2 net carbs or 3 carbs
- Flying J Jerky
- Epic Pork Rinds Pack
- Celery + Cream Cheese + Everything Bagel Seasoning
- Keto Bars
- Weekend only treat & use only as a treat (not daily)
- Almond Butter – 1 tablespoon off the spoon
- Coconut Manna – 1 tablespoon off the spoon
- Macadamia Nuts – ¼ cup
