Keto Meal Prep Hack: I love quick, to-go containers from Target for keto lunches when I’m traveling. By far, Target has some CUTE lunch bags if you need to zsa-zsa up your lunch bag selection.

Keto Meal Prep Hack: When I’m making my keto meals, I always make extra and put them into glass Pyrex leftover containers for my keto lunch the next day. Less time, saves money and I continue to lose weight with this keto meal prep hack.

Tuna w/ Chipotle Primal Mayo on Romaine Lettuce Boats

Remember, keto is high fat, moderate protein, low carb. Protein should be moderate. Make sure you are getting your fats in for the day.

Tuesday

Avocado Burger with 2 cups of spinach w/ ACV + olive oil

Wednesday

Keto Pot Roast Leftovers from keto dinner the night before. Keto Recipe HERE.

Thursday

Grill steaks & grill one extra for your keto lunch. Have with 1 cup of cucumber drizzled in 1 tablespoon olive oil & 1 teaspoon of ACV.

Friday

Antipasti – meats from deli & 3 ounces of cheese of your choice….hint, I bet you have some in your fridge 😉

Saturday

Bacon Cheese Burger – Time hack – make extra & freeze. Simply microwave, put cheese on top and add bacon. A quick 5 minute keto meal to make!

Sunday

I eat leftovers from going out to dinner on Saturday night. I love 5 Guys and Chipotle.
