There is also other great meat and keto vegetable options, as well as fantastic seasonings. Also, who doesn’t love their keto coleslaw? The intermittent fasting meal plan is intentionally designed to make the meals, but make extra. You can use the extra meals for next week’s fasting breaking foods and/or ketogenic diet. The meals were purposefully chosen so they can be frozen after making them…minus the NY Strip & Ribeye. The NY Strip & Ribeye raw meat can be frozen, though.
